Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your chosen shipping method. You can view the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Free Standard Shipping is offered on all orders over $100.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's progress on the carrier's website or the customer service tab > tracking.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it (or the expected delivery date for lost packages) at theroyalronins@gmail.com with your order number and details. We will work with you to find a solution.
Incorrect Shipping Address:
Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the order.
